Old Coot Azzy

I saw these cuties sitting on my deck yesterday afternoon and rushed to get my camera. I had to take the picture through the window because I knew I'd scare them off as soon and I opened the door.

I don't get to see a variety of birds since I live in the heart of the big city, so imagine my surprise when I glanced out at the bird feeder in my yard this morning and saw this. Are those parakeets??
